When should I start looking for a prom dress?The earlier the better to have access to the most choice ad your extensive sale section - once a style goes to your school it will be unavailable for everyone else, even in a different colour! The season starts in August/September with October half term being usually CRAZY busy.

I don't want anyone else to know what I have - how do you stop this?Each one of our clients details are completely confidential and we cannot discuss other orders with anyone else.

Should I wear makeup to my appointment?Completely your choice! If you do, we recommend as minimal as possible

Do I need an appointment and do they cost?To secure a changing room to try on items - yes. You can book via phone or using our website. All appointments are free.

How do I know what style will suit me?Our 1:1 advisors will be on hand to ensure you find the correct style for you - its usualy the first time you are trying on items like these and it can get overwhelming. Keep an open mind to different style options trying on a range of ball gowns to fitted dresses. You may also be surprised if you are open to trying different colours too! Be honest – We need to know what you like and what you don’t like in order for us to help you find your dream dress. We won't be offended!

Who should I bring and how many?Be selective with your audience, sometimes there can be too many opinions and it can quickly get overwhelming. We cater to for up 5 audience members.

What shall I bring with me?This isn't a must have list, just a few things we reckoned to make your appointment that bit easier. Photos of dress styles you like/completed Wishlist Heels similar to those you will wear on the day Seamless underwear Hair ties/clips Strapless white bra A phone charger An excited audience

Is there parking?Unfortunately, we do not have parking directly outside unless it is after 6pm. This is the loading bay reserved for disabled blue badge holders only. The closest parking is opposite in the Meadows Retail multi-storey.

What is your returns policy?Once your order has been forwarded to the supplier you are then legally bound. If your order is in stock you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. You will be offered an exchange only. If you order a sale dress they are sold as seen and non refundable. It is your responsibility to check wear and tear and any damages before leave our studio. Any damages are recorded on your sales contract agreement.

How do I collect my dress?We offer two options in order to receive your dress Option 1: Book a collection appointment and collect your dress from the main store Option 2: Tracked and insured delivery to an address to your choice (additional fees apply)

Do you do alterations?We understand that finding the perfect fit for your dream dress is crucial. That’s why we have established strong partnerships with a variety of local independent dress alteration businesses. So although they are not fulfilled by us, we highly recommend these women to carry out your work. Our collaboration allows us to provide you with a comprehensive range of alteration services to ensure that your dress fits exactly how you desire. It’s important to note that all alterations are an additional cost, but rest assured, during your appointment when you choose your dress we will offer valuable advice and guide you on the approximate pricing for any alterations that may be necessary.

How do I get the right size?We take measurements of bust, waist and hips for each client and match these with the size charts from the selected designer. If you are in-between sizes we will discuss which you would prefer. Please note the size choice is ultimately your decision and we cannot be held liable if your dress does not fit upon delivery

Do you have payment plan options?We offer 0% finance on orders with us once your deposit is placed. You may pay in instalments or bulk payments, it please note that the balance must be cleared at least 28 days before the event or before the item is taken home.

How do I know what to style to choose?No doubt you have been looking at photos of dresses online for MONTHS before your appointment - doesn't everyone? However, we think it is so important to note that, without ever trying one on, we don't know what suits you best yet. Due to this we say, it's best to come shopping with an open mind. There are so many silhouettes, styles and colours to choose from, and whilst we will always keep your vision in mind, we would rather you try on one of every style and rule them out than not try them on at all. Arrive to your appointment with an open mind - this is an exciting experience and we want you to enjoy it the most you possibly can

Budget Planning?It's important to discuss with your significant other/parents or any other party who is contributing to your purchase, your budget before you enter the store. Each of the styles in the store has a price label attached and it is important to stick within your price range. Our sale range starts at £80+ and our core 2024 collection between £156+
