TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from Little Lolls Boutique.

 

CONTRACT

A contract between us will be formed when deposit, partial or full payment has been made to the company. The contract is completed when the dress is removed from the store on final collection.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Little Lolls Boutique shall not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations once the payment has been made. Any alterations on the dress that will be made there after will be through the contract of the seamstress whether on or off the shop premises and will not be attached to Little Lolls Boutique.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Once the dress has been purchased in store via deposit or full payment – the item will not be refunded in any circumstance due to the nature of the item. Including the unlikely event that you change your mind, or no longer require your purchase, unfortunately this is through no fault of our own and refunds or exchanges cannot be made.

 

ORDERS

Once your deposit is placed and your dress is ordered - you are liable to pay for the dress in all circumstances except when the dress order is cancelled by Little Lolls themselves.

NO SET OFF

The Buyer may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to the Seller by reason of any right of set-off or counterclaim which the Buyer may have or allege to have for any reason whatsoever.

FORCE MAJUREE

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. If the delay persists for such time as the Seller considers unreasonable, it may without liability on its part, terminate the contract or any part of it.

If the ‘buyer’ is not present at time of deposit taking, such as in the event of a payment via phone, the content of this Terms and Conditions still stands to purchase. The ‘Seller’ may sign on behalf of client to initiate the start of their contractual agreement.
