When should I start looking for a prom dress?

The earlier the better to have access to the most choice and our extensive sale section - once a style goes to your school it will be unavailable for everyone else, even in a different colour!
The season starts in August/September with October half term being usually CRAZY busy and peak times through till June. Lots of brands have cut off order dates in the February half term.

Do I need an appointment and do they cost?

Accepted Answer

To secure a changing room to try on items - you will need an appointment to ensure we have enough space for you and your guests.
You can book via phone or using our website. 
All appointments are free, however prom appointments have a £10 online holding fee to avoid no-shows during peak times.

Is parking available at your store?

Accepted Answer

We don't have parking directly outside except after 6pm for disabled blue badge holders. The nearest parking is just opposite in the Meadows Retail multi-storey. See you soon! 🚗

Question 4

What is your return policy for dresses that don't fit?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is forwarded to the supplier, it's legally binding. If your order is in stock, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for an exchange only. Sale dresses are sold as seen and are non-refundable. Please check for any wear and tear before leaving our studio; any damages will be recorded in your sales contract. 🛍️

Do you do payment plans?

Accepted Answer

We offer 0% finance on orders with us once your deposit is placed. 
You may pay in instalments or bulk payments, it please note that the balance must be cleared at least 28 days before the event or before the item is taken home.

How much do your dresses cost?

Our sale dresses start at just £50, and our main 2026 collection begins at £89. Each dress has a price label to help you stay within your range. Happy shopping! 💃
