Cancellation Policy
To minimise no-shows, there is a £10 booking charge per appointment. This fee will be deducted from your purchase during your initial appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
