When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our prom consultants who will be on hand to guide and advise you throughout your prom dress shopping experience.
Each appointment last for 1.45 hours and within this time you can try on as many of our dresses as you wish and each appointment slot is for one prom client (with exception of "best-friend appointments" - call if you wish to arrange a booking for more than two individuals)
Browsing without an appointment is accepted and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible but booking is required to avoid disappointment.
Up to 5 extra guests welcome for each prom bookings.
Appointments outside of main store hours are accepted but you must call to arrange.
All Prom bookings MUST be accompanied by a parent/parents to their appointment.
For best friend bookings, all children under 18 attending must be accompanied by at least one parent each.
