Cancellation Policy
To minimise no-shows, there is a £10 holding fee per appointment. This WILL NOT be charged unless you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment without the correct notice period.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can fill your slot.
